Technical Recruitment Associate

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is expanding and is looking for Technical Recruitment Associates to join its People and Culture team. You will support full-cycle hiring for clients across technology roles such as software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP and DevOps, as well as non-technical roles. The mix is typically around 60% technical and 40% non-technical, depending on client demand. The workplace is on site at The Portal, SODIC West, Sheikh Zayed.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and talent engagement: find candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, tech communities and referrals, build relationships and keep them engaged, and maintain pipelines for recurring roles.
• Screening and coordination: run initial screening calls, prepare candidate summaries and shortlists, schedule interviews and follow candidates through feedback, offers and joining.
• Recruitment support: help Recruitment Partners on high-volume campaigns and niche searches, gradually take ownership of your own requisitions and learn the technical landscape well enough to talk credibly with candidates.
• Process and data: keep candidate records accurate in the ATS, track your own activity and pipeline metrics and share regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally with some exposure to technical roles; fresh graduates who are eager to learn and take ownership of their growth are welcome.
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Genuine interest in technology and the tech job market.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to people over the phone.
• Self-motivated, resilient, organised and detail-oriented, able to keep up in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello and similar tools
• ATS experience (Workable and/or Teamtailor) is a plus
