About the role
We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Supervisor to lead telecom operations, manage network infrastructure and oversee technical teams in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise telecom operations and technical teams
- Oversee MDF/IDF, structured cabling, wireless networks and access points
- Manage installation, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting activities
- Coordinate work orders, contractors, vendors and service requests
- Handle schedules, attendance, overtime and reporting
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and information security standards
Required profile
- Experience in telecommunications, networking or ICT infrastructure
- Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience
Required skills
- MDF/IDF management
- Structured cabling
- Wireless networks and access points
- Installation, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting
