About the role

We are looking for a confident, motivated Telesales Specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify property leads, and support our real estate sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Handle inbound enquiries about properties for sale and rent.
  • Understand client requirements, budgets, preferred communities, and timelines.
  • Generate leads and identify new property listing opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and property viewings for agents.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Meet daily calling and lead generation targets.

Required profile

  • Previous telesales or customer service experience; real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong English communication and telephone skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
  • Own visa preferred.

Required skills

  • Basic computer skills.
  • CRM proficiency.
