Trade Marketing Executive

About the role

The Trade Marketing Executive will translate brand priorities into retailer‑focused plans that come to life both in‑store and online across the Middle East. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, E‑commerce and Visual Merchandising teams to coordinate launches, promotions and events, then use performance data and store feedback to improve future activations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trade‑marketing calendars by retailer and channel, turning brand plans into in‑store and online activations.
• Plan and coordinate product launches, promotions and events across priority retailers.
• Partner with Key Account Managers and e‑commerce teams on retailer plans and presentations.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Store Design on launch materials, planograms, testers, POS materials and new store openings.
• Visit stores to review execution, understand retailer needs and monitor competitor activity.
• Analyse campaign performance and trade spend, sharing recommendations with brand and commercial teams.
• Manage forecasts, orders and budgets for gifts with purchase, displays and other trade materials.

Required profile

• A degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of marketing or trade‑marketing experience in beauty, retail, luxury goods or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of retail execution and ability to create practical trade calendars.
• Confidence working with sales data, campaign results, budgets and Excel.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage several priorities.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with retailers and internal teams.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proactive mindset with drive to follow through and improve results.
