Travel and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Join Boskalis in Abu Dhabi as a Travel and Logistics Coordinator, where you will manage all travel arrangements for the office and support a diverse, international team. You will ensure travel plans align with company policies and budgets while providing clear guidance on travel processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate flights, hotels, car rentals, ferries and prepare detailed itineraries.
• Maintain compliance with Boskalis travel policies and budget constraints.
• Answer employee queries regarding travel procedures and policies.
• Work independently within established procedures and report to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma in Travel & Tourism or IATA certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an international travel agency.
• Strong understanding of travel policies, budgeting and itinerary planning.
• Excellent listening and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Galileo GDS system.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
