About the role
Join Boskalis in Abu Dhabi as a Travel and Logistics Coordinator, where you will manage all travel arrangements for the office and support a diverse, international team. You will ensure travel plans align with company policies and budgets while providing clear guidance on travel processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate flights, hotels, car rentals, ferries and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Maintain compliance with Boskalis travel policies and budget constraints.
- Answer employee queries regarding travel procedures and policies.
- Work independently within established procedures and report to the supervisor.
Required profile
- Diploma in Travel & Tourism or IATA certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an international travel agency.
- Strong understanding of travel policies, budgeting and itinerary planning.
- Excellent listening and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Galileo GDS system.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
