Vice President, International Finance

About the role

The Vice President, International Finance will manage Management Information (MI) reporting and drive financial performance for the International Banking Division. The role ensures robust MI design, governance and provides a full picture of the business position across products, segments and countries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the monthly MI reporting cycle, including actuals, budget, forecast and strategic commentary.
• Act as the primary point of contact for International CFO on MI governance, reporting design, automation and system change projects.
• Develop and maintain the International MI reporting governance framework, including scope, schedule and quality controls.
• Design and build standardized financial MI data and presentation models for country finance teams.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, coordinating bottom‑up inputs from multiple countries and ensuring timely, high‑quality submissions.
• Collaborate with Group FP&A, product and segment finance functions to ensure consistent MI formats across the bank.
• Participate in country and international business reviews, providing strategic financial insights and analysis.
• Provide thought leadership and hands‑on support to regional finance teams on FPA, treasury, reporting and tax matters.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of finance/FPA experience in banking, preferably across several countries.
• Degree or professional qualification such as ACA, CPA or MBA; accounting or tax qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, corporate tax and transfer pricing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail, self‑motivated and quick learner with solid documentation skills.
