Vice President of Human Resources (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Vice President of Human Resources will act as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, shaping the overall HR strategy to support business growth and Emiratisation goals. This senior position oversees the full employee lifecycle, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and HR governance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and people‑related decisions.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, compensation, benefits, and annual review cycles.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, retention, and overall employee experience.
• Manage HR policies, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
• Champion HR digitization, HRMS optimization, automation, and workforce analytics.
• Support Emiratisation and national talent development priorities.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Strong experience in the UAE/GCC, preferably in real‑estate, construction, hospitality, retail or similar asset‑intensive sectors.
• Proven track record partnering with CEOs and senior executives.
• Deep knowledge of UAE labour regulations and HR governance.
