About the role

The Vice President of Program Delivery and Transformation Office will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programmes for Teyaseer, ensuring they meet the objectives of key partners Aldar and ADHA. This senior role drives governance, operational efficiency, and business transformation across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution and delivery of strategic programmes aligned with Aldar and ADHA objectives.
• Oversee multiple initiatives, scaling capacity to handle increasing partner requests while meeting deadlines.
• Act as the primary liaison between Teyaseer and its key partners, ensuring expectations are understood and met.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and resource allocations.
• Monitor portfolio progress, report to senior stakeholders and highlight risks, milestones and achievements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate business risks, establishing robust governance frameworks.
• Lead change management activities, communicating plans and engaging stakeholders.
• Continuously review and optimise business processes using data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify digital transformation opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, project delivery or transformation, preferably in real estate, construction or corporate services.
• At least 2 years in a senior managerial position overseeing large‑scale programmes.

Required skills

• Proven ability to lead large‑scale programme delivery and transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in risk management, governance and performance optimisation.
• In‑depth knowledge of business process optimisation.
