Waiter / Waitress – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

L'ETO Group is expanding its hospitality team and seeks enthusiastic waitstaff to deliver memorable guest experiences across its cafés and restaurants. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring every guest receives attentive, personalized service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus, explain dishes, beverages and daily specials, and make confident recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate them to the kitchen, and serve according to company standards.
• Maintain table settings, clear and reset tables promptly, and ensure the dining area remains clean and organized.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle requests and concerns professionally, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Process bills and payments accurately and support colleagues to foster a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, café or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
• Russian language proficiency is an advantage.
