About the role

Join the Azure Restaurant team at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah and become the face of hospitality for our guests. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver food and beverage service with warmth and professionalism, creating memorable moments for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately and promptly using the restaurant’s ordering system.
• Serve meals and drinks, ensuring presentation and temperature meet standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and utensils.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with a courteous attitude.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow.
• Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tables.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
