About the role

As a Waiter/Waitress at DELANO Dubai you will deliver a refined yet relaxed dining experience, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the warmth, elegance, and effortless style of the DELANO brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, intuitive and personalised service throughout the guest journey.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar.
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge to guide guests and enhance their dining experience.
• Execute all aspects of table service with precision, from setup to clearing.
• Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Manage assigned tables efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination between courses.
• Collaborate closely with front‑of‑house and kitchen teams for seamless service execution.
• Promote menu items, specials and beverages in a natural, guest‑focused manner.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, mise‑en‑place and station readiness.
• Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment (hotel, high‑end restaurant or exclusive beach club).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests in a polished manner.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service procedures and luxury service standards.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings to make tailored recommendations.
• Consistently delivers impeccable table service and ensures guest comfort.
• Works effectively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
• Relevant qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred).
• Positive personality, authenticity and passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
