About the role
Arada is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused waitstaff to join its restaurant team in Dubai. The role involves delivering outstanding dining experiences through prompt, friendly, and professional service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus, take accurate orders via the POS system, and provide recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, monitor tables, clear dishes, and maintain cleanliness.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Process bills, manage cash and digital payments, and ensure payment accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, cashiers, and supervisors, and assist with opening and closing duties.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and good time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Basic POS system knowledge.
