Warehouse Associate - Experienced

About the role

PPG's Dubai facility delivers coating solutions to a growing regional customer base. The Warehouse Associate keeps goods moving smoothly and accurately through the warehouse in a hands-on, organized and reliable role within a structured environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, check them for damage and verify them against invoices and delivery documents.
• Sort, label and store goods efficiently, optimising available warehouse space.
• Pick, pack and dispatch outgoing orders accurately according to written or verbal instructions.
• Maintain up-to-date stock records in the warehouse management system and answer inventory or delivery enquiries.
• Complete receipt, transfer and dispatch documentation accurately.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely in line with PPG guidelines and UAE regulations.
• Support general warehouse housekeeping to keep the workplace safe and organised.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply chain certification is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or stores environment.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage tasks efficiently during a shift.
• English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Comfortable with inventory systems and basic data entry.
• Forklift operation.
