About the role
The Welcome Ambassador (Guest Arrival Expert) creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests, guiding them through arrival and departure experiences. You will be empowered to handle operational tasks, guest requests, and share local highlights while maintaining a professional appearance.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and provide local area information.
- Move, lift, and transport items up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
- Maintain safety, confidentiality, and company policies at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
Required skills
- Strong communication and guest‑service orientation.
- Physical ability to lift and move objects as described.
