Wholesale Sales Manager - Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

The Wholesale Sales Manager will lead Dr. Scent’s wholesale business across the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding the B2B customer network, managing a sales team, and ensuring credit control and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual wholesale sales plan and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and collection targets.
• Identify growth opportunities by product, territory and customer segment; expand business with wholesalers, distributors, perfume shops and other approved B2B customers.
• Prepare promotional plans for new and slow‑moving products while maintaining approved selling prices and profit margins.
• Activate new wholesale customers, maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, conduct regular visits and negotiate quotations, commercial terms and contracts.
• Allocate targets to salespeople, monitor performance, coach the team and conduct weekly sales meetings.
• Control credit limits, monitor outstanding balances, support collections and ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Prepare sales forecasts, coordinate with procurement, warehouse and production to guarantee product availability.
• Record all leads, quotations, orders and customer interactions in the ERP/CRM system and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaking.
• Proven experience in wholesale sales within the UAE market.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of credit control, collections and customer relationship management.
