360 Recruitment Consultant – Finance & FinTech

About the role

Alignd specialises in GTM recruitment across Finance and FinTech and is starting a new chapter in Dubai. It is looking for ambitious people to join its team, with the chance to learn the recruitment industry, earn good money and build something for themselves. Unlike most recruiters who must build a client base from scratch, Alignd already has an established client base, a strong network and live vacancies, so you can start making placements from the outset.

Key responsibilities

• Find and engage talent for roles across Finance and FinTech.
• Work with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process, from first conversation to placement.
• Identify new business opportunities and learn how to win new clients.
• Build relationships and develop your own network in the market.
• Work towards running your own 360 desk, covering business development to successful placements.

Required profile

• Motivated, ambitious and keen to achieve.
• Confident speaking to new people and building relationships.
• Resilient and able to handle setbacks.
• Commercially minded, with an interest in business and people.
• Open to feedback and willing to learn.
• Recent graduates, people with some sales experience, or those seeking a performance-based career.
