About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of our fast‑growing recruitment business. This entry‑level position offers direct exposure to senior leadership and a chance to learn how a high‑performing international firm scales.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain candidate and client records in our CRM system.
- Format CVs and candidate profiles for client presentations.
- Post job openings across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist with candidate onboarding.
- Manage compliance documentation and track recruiter activity and KPI data.
- Support reporting, business administration, and general office tasks.
Required profile
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proud of accurate work.
- Quick learner who enjoys problem‑solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable handling numbers, spreadsheets and multiple concurrent tasks.
- Proactive, takes ownership and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience using a CRM platform.
