Admission Executive – Immediate Start

About the role

ADNOC Schools is looking for a proactive Admission Executive to join the Madinat Zayed campus immediately. You will manage the full admissions cycle, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective families.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment and registration.
• Meet with prospective parents to explain admissions procedures, curriculum, fee structure and ADEK regulations.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email and in‑person visits.
• Coordinate assessments with the academic team and maintain accurate records of applications, offers and enrolments.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and manage the waiting list, updating parents regularly.
• Prepare and maintain admissions files for all students and ensure compliance with ADEK rules.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop strategies for new enrolments and student retention.
• Provide weekly and monthly enrolment reports to the Head of Schools and Administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in school admissions or a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of ADEK regulations and school enrolment procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage parents and stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating PC, fax, photocopier and common office equipment.
• Working knowledge of popular office software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email).
