Airline Ticketing & Reservations Consultant

About the role
Manage airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, changes, cancellations and refunds in line with airline rules and company procedures. Use Amadeus and other Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to handle bookings and support customers with itinerary changes and travel enquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Issue, reissue, exchange, cancel and refund tickets according to airline policies.
- Maintain accurate booking records and coordinate with airlines and travel partners.
- Provide fare information, itinerary changes and travel‑related assistance to customers.
Required profile
- Completion of a recognized airline‑ticketing course with certificate verification.
- 2‑4 years of airline‑ticketing, reservations or travel‑consultancy experience (preferred).
- Ability to work full‑time from the UAE office.
Required skills
- Amadeus GDS (mandatory).
- Experience with Sabre, Travelport or other GDS platforms (advantage).
- Knowledge of airline fares, ticket issuance, reissuance, exchanges, cancellations and refunds.
