Arabic Social Content Producer – Digital Media

About the role

Join Arabian Radio Network, part of Dubai Holding Entertainment, as an Arabic Social Content Producer. You will drive the digital growth engine by creating and optimizing short‑form video content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snap and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute platform strategy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Snap.
• Manage publishing cadence, scheduling and platform tools to ensure consistent output.
• Build and maintain a high‑volume content engine that turns long‑form assets into engaging clips.
• Define clip strategy including hooks, thumbnails, titles, cut styles and timing.
• Create and manage systems for packaging long‑form content into short clips.
• Establish reporting frameworks to track retention, saves, shares and conversions.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and iterate based on data insights.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Arabic‑language social media trends and audience behavior.
• Experience in fast‑paced content production for short‑form video platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate performance metrics into actionable improvements.
