Architect – Design & Project Management (Dubai)

About the role

Sketch Architects is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect in Dubai to lead the creation of innovative architectural, interior, renovation and landscaping solutions. The role involves translating client requirements into detailed, buildable designs while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and produce detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and BIM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, engineers and contractors to maintain design integrity throughout construction.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals and incorporate feedback.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and ensure adherence to Dubai’s building codes and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional architectural experience in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design quality, technical competency and experience in interior design, renovation or landscaping.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience with BIM tools.
