Architecture Design Lead

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Architecture Design Lead to join a leading and highly respected organization in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to lead architectural initiatives and deliver exceptional design solutions across high‑profile projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design activities from concept development through detailed design and project delivery.
• Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically strong architectural solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Mentor and manage architects, designers, CAD specialists, and other design team members.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead design reviews, presentations, workshops, and client/stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor design deliverables, quality, timelines, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 10+ years of relevant architectural experience, preferably within leading architectural, engineering, real estate, construction, or development organizations.
• Proven experience in leading architectural design teams and complex projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work within demanding timelines.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in BIM and related design software.
