Strategic Insights Consultant (Defense & Security) - Remote

About the role

Infomineo, a global AI-enhanced research company serving consulting firms, Fortune 500 companies and government entities, is hiring a Strategic Insights Consultant (Defense & Security) on a full-time basis. The consultant turns defense, aerospace and security research findings into clear, actionable narratives for clients, and suits someone with defense-sector strategy experience or a background at a top-tier consulting firm.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex defense industry, procurement and market research into clear, concise insights aligned with client objectives.
• Analyze trends in defense technology, military procurement, aerospace and national security to inform client strategy.
• Develop narratives and presentations that explain the significance of defense research to executive clients.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on market entry, capability planning and competitive positioning.
• Work with internal research teams to ensure accuracy and strategic focus.
• Engage directly with defense contractors, government vendors and consulting clients to understand their needs and refine deliverables.
• Contribute to internal best practices for synthesizing defense intelligence and building business cases.

Required profile

• 10 years of experience in defense or at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or Tier 1 preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Strategic Studies or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of strategic insights and client recommendations in defense, aerospace, national security or related fields.
