Assistant Manager – Data Analytics & Performance Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Data Analytics & Performance Marketing will drive growth for LG.com by turning data into actionable insights and executing performance‑marketing campaigns. The role focuses on analysing website traffic, customer behaviour and campaign results to improve conversion, efficiency and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end monitoring and analysis of LG.com website data, including traffic, customer behaviour and overall performance.
• Produce regular reports that deliver actionable insights for onsite and marketing activities.
• Develop and manage the online promotional calendar, covering seasonal campaigns, bundles, vouchers and tactical offers.
• Plan, execute and optimise digital performance‑marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels, aligning with traffic, sales and efficiency targets.
• Evaluate campaign performance, customer funnels and ROI using data analytics, and translate findings into optimisation actions.
• Support CRM and retention programmes in coordination with relevant stakeholders to boost engagement and repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with corporate marketing, platform, sales, product and other teams to ensure campaign readiness, accurate content, pricing alignment and stock‑backed execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience analysing website traffic and customer behaviour to inform marketing decisions.
• Ability to create and manage promotional calendars and execute performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven optimisation.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
