Assistant Manager Medical Claims – UAE National (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated UAE National to join our Medical Claims team as an Assistant Manager. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates from medical or healthcare disciplines who want to build a long‑term career in insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process medical insurance claims accurately and within agreed service standards.
• Verify claim documentation, medical reports, treatment records and supporting documents.
• Assess eligibility based on policy coverage, exclusions and benefits.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders to obtain additional information.
• Maintain accurate records in the claims management system and support customer inquiries.

Required profile

• UAE National with Family Book (Emirati) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in MBBS, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; internship or healthcare experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
