About the role
The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring a high‑standard dining experience for guests in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor shift operations, guest engagement, table flow, service quality, cleanliness and safety.
- Conduct pre‑shift briefings, manage seating, and oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain inventory, FIFO practices, and coordinate supply requisitions.
- Ensure associates meet grooming and uniform standards and foster a culture of professionalism.
- Address guest concerns, build relationships with regular patrons, and communicate feedback to the culinary team.
- Inspect restaurant areas for compliance with health, safety and brand standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant restaurant experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
