About the role
The Assistant Manager – Soft Services will support the Total Facilities Management team in Dubai, overseeing daily cleaning operations and ensuring high service standards for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing budgets, expenses and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Handle customer complaints, conduct facility inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Plan daily cleaning schedules, supervise and train cleaning staff, and ensure performance feedback.
- Close preventive maintenance (PPM) and service requests within target times.
- Collaborate on cleaning procedures, maintain documentation and ensure health‑and‑safety compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of facility management experience in a managerial role.
- At least 2 years managing mall facilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or equivalent and BICSc training certificate.
- Proven project‑management and continuous‑improvement experience.
Required skills
- Knowledge of heavy‑duty cleaning machines.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures.
