Assistant Sales Manager – Global & Long Stay

About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager – Global & Long Stay will drive proactive sales initiatives across global accounts, TMCs, education, long‑stay, business travel, transient and group segments, while supporting the hotel’s creative brand character.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow business from global accounts, regional offices and multinational companies.
• Manage Cvent Transient platform – RFP submissions, negotiations and global account proposals.
• Maintain and negotiate long‑stay listing portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.) to convert leads into confirmed business.
• Collaborate with Lead Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams to create long‑term proposals and annual agreements.
• Support transient and group segments with rate development, RFPs and proactive sales calls.
• Participate in sales calls, client meetings, trade shows and market visits to achieve revenue goals.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building skills with global and local TMCs/DMCs and corporate travel influencers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams (Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, Operations).
• Proactive mindset with excellent communication and problem‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Experience managing the Cvent Transient RFP platform.
• Familiarity with long‑stay listing portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder.
