Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for a luxury 5‑star hotel in Dubai. The role involves managing the full hiring cycle, partnering with department heads, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles and hiring priorities.
• Publish vacancies on ATS, LinkedIn, job portals and other sourcing channels.
• Source, attract and engage qualified candidates through direct sourcing, talent pools, referrals and agencies.
• Conduct HR interviews, competency assessments and coordinate interview panels.
• Manage reference checks, background verification and pre‑employment documentation.
• Oversee the onboarding process, including offer acceptance, documentation, induction and orientation.
• Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, university outreach and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
