Assistant/Associate Professor – Digital Marketing & Analytics

About the role

Canadian University Dubai is hiring Assistant and Associate Professors in Digital Marketing and Analytics to join the School of Management for the Spring 2026‑2027 semester. The role combines high‑quality teaching, impactful research, curriculum development and engagement with industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in digital marketing, marketing analytics and related subjects, ensuring up‑to‑date content and timely assessment.
• Supervise student projects, theses and graduation work appropriate to the academic rank.
• Contribute to curriculum design, program evaluation and accreditation activities, including AACSB initiatives.
• Maintain an active research agenda with publications in reputable Scopus‑indexed journals.
• Participate in academic governance, faculty meetings and community outreach.

Required profile

• PhD in Digital Marketing or a closely related field from a university ranked in the top 500 of the QS World University Rankings.
• Strong record of teaching effectiveness and research productivity, with publications in Scopus‑indexed journals.
• Minimum 2 years (Assistant Professor) or 5 years (Associate Professor) of teaching experience at a top‑500 QS university, including curriculum development and supervision of projects.
• Preferable prior experience in a Canadian academic institution and/or teaching experience in the Middle East.
