Associate Analyst, Business Administration (Launch Program 2027)

About the role

Mastercard is recruiting an Associate Analyst for its Launch Program 2027 in Dubai, UAE. The program lasts 18 months and combines hands-on experience, structured learning and mentorship from industry leaders. Participants work on real business challenges, collaborate with teams across the organisation and build the technical, analytical and professional skills needed to accelerate their career. The role sits in the B2B business, supporting solutions that help businesses and financial institutions simplify how they make and receive payments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of strategic B2B initiatives by analysing business information, identifying opportunities and turning priorities into actionable plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams across sales, product, technology, finance and operations to coordinate activities and deliver customer and business outcomes.
• Analyse business and customer data to find trends and areas for improvement, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Help develop business cases, presentations and performance reports to inform commercial and strategic decisions.
• Assist in managing and executing customer and internal initiatives, tracking actions, milestones and deliverables.
• Help identify and resolve business or operational issues by working with stakeholders and developing practical solutions.
• Build an understanding of Mastercard's B2B products, customers and commercial models.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with an anticipated graduation between January 2026 and August 2027.
• Available to start on 1 March or 1 September 2027.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong strategic and conceptual aptitude, and a high-energy, ownership-driven attitude.
• Corporate security responsibility: follow security policies, protect the confidentiality and integrity of information, report suspected breaches and complete mandatory security training.
