Valuations Administrator

About the role

A leading firm specializing in commercial and residential valuation services in Dubai is looking for a proactive Valuations Administrator to join its Valuations team. The role provides administrative support to keep valuation processes running smoothly, covering tasks such as preparing RFPs, formatting documents, managing digital files, invoicing and helping with day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing customer RFPs by collating and formatting documents
• Support typing, collating and binding of valuation reports, and review them for spelling and grammar errors
• Prepare terms of engagement and valuation fee quotations
• Prepare daily bank invoices and carry out end-of-month invoicing, updating fee analysis logs
• Manage an internal system and benchmark quotation results monthly
• Manage digital filing of soft copies for the Valuation teams
• Enter data daily in the in-house valuation trackers
• Manage cheque collection, write receipts for clients and follow up on outstanding fees
• Coordinate valuer inspections and assist with ad-hoc team requests

Required profile

• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role; real estate experience is highly advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and good organization
• Ability to work independently, multitask and stay calm under pressure

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• High level of written and verbal communication
