About the role
Clear Engineering is partnering with a Data Centre start‑up to build out its Talent Acquisition function. The Associate Director will lead recruitment efforts across global construction and engineering projects, engaging senior stakeholders and ensuring the best talent is secured.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategy for construction, engineering and real‑estate projects.
- Engage senior and C‑suite candidates, manage their recruitment journey and negotiate compensation packages.
- Hire across multiple verticals, ensuring alignment with project needs.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance through onboarding.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate sectors.
- Proven experience managing and leading recruitment teams.
- Strong track record of senior‑level hiring and market knowledge.
