Associate Director - Revenue Management

About the role

Jumeirah, a global luxury hospitality brand and member of Dubai Holding, is looking for an Associate Director Revenue Management to join Madinat Jumeirah, a beachfront resort comprising four hotels along a two-kilometre stretch of private coastline. The role focuses on pricing, demand forecasting, inventory and distribution, and reporting to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies based on market trends, competition and customer segments to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Forecast demand using historical data and market analysis, adjusting pricing and inventory to meet customer needs and seasonality.
• Optimise inventory and manage distribution channels so products are available while minimising excess stock.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats, informing revenue optimisation tactics.
• Analyse revenue performance and KPIs and prepare reports for senior management to track and improve financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and operations teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English required; additional languages relevant to key markets are a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, team management, project management and attention to detail.
