Associate - Human Capital

About the role

A client of Manpower Middle East, a leading human capital organization, is looking for an Associate - Human Capital in Dubai. The role covers payroll support, employee record maintenance and onboarding and offboarding, and suits someone with 2 to 4 years of experience in human capital operations, payroll or a related field.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection, validation, allowances, deductions, overtime and coordination with Finance and external payroll providers.
• Maintain, update and monitor employee records in ERP and HR systems, keeping data accurate and confidential.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, internal human capital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, maintain and analyse HR and payroll reports, dashboards and trackers using advanced MS Excel.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, system access, stakeholder coordination and employee queries.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in human capital operations, payroll or a related role.
• Strong working knowledge of payroll processes and payroll inputs.
• Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
