Associate Legal Counsel – Arabic Native Speaker

About the role

Gartner is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel for the Gulf region to provide commercial legal support, focusing on contract review, drafting and negotiation. The role works closely with Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure timely, commercially‑focused legal advice.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze and summarize framework agreements, service orders, statements of work and NDAs.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, purchase orders and contract modifications in line with Gartner policies.
• Identify legal and commercial risks and escalate high‑risk matters to senior legal team members.
• Support resolution of accounts receivable and other contract‑related business issues.
• Maintain accurate records of contract reviews, negotiations and approvals.

Required profile

• Qualified attorney authorized to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience in commercial/transactional matters.
• Strong communication, time‑management and detail‑orientation skills.
