Associate QHSES Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Associate QHSES Assurance Specialist will apply established QHSES assurance procedures to address routine and standard challenges within our energy projects. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the role supports the delivery of safe and sustainable offshore and on‑shore infrastructure. LutechResources has been delivering energy infrastructure for over a century, and the associate will contribute to projects ranging from subsea pipelines to offshore wind farms. The position offers exposure to a global team of more than 30,000 professionals across 54 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Execute QHSES assurance activities according to documented procedures.
• Identify and resolve routine quality, health, safety, environment and security issues.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with QHSES standards.
• Prepare and maintain records of assurance findings and corrective actions.
• Assist in the preparation of QHSES audit reports and risk assessments.
• Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on existing processes.

Required profile

• Entry‑level professional with a conceptual understanding of QHSES theories, practices and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and guidance from senior colleagues.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science or a related field.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai.
