Audit & Risk Analyst

About the role

The Audit & Risk Analyst will support the Audit, Risk and Compliance framework by coordinating information for audits, risk assessments, monitoring activities and reporting. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the role is based in Dubai and works full‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Conduct monitoring tasks and maintain schedules aligned with risk assessment compliance.
• Track and validate remediation of audit and monitoring findings, ensuring timely resolution of compliance issues.
• Participate in risk assessments and test key business processes and controls.
• Prepare, validate and submit reports to the Audit or Risk Manager, generating management information and dashboards on audit, risk and compliance metrics.
• Maintain logs of gifts, PA dealings, breaches, complaints, incidents and corrective actions.
• Assist in reviewing policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes and audit findings.
• Support training and awareness initiatives on compliance obligations and best practices.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Legal, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and Operations to gather data.
• Collaborate with the Risk Manager, Head of Compliance and external auditors during reviews or inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk or regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment and governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and written communication abilities.
