About the role

Vantage is seeking a motivated Operations Executive to support day‑to‑day activities in its Dubai office. The role acts as a vital bridge between front‑office sales and trading teams and the back‑office functions of settlement, compliance, and client support, ensuring smooth operational flow for Forex and CFD clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle operational client queries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Process client requests for account changes, transfers, and profile adjustments.
  • Perform KYC/AML checks and support account verification and activation.
  • Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and performance logs.
  • Maintain CRM records and assist in updating client information.
  • Escalate unresolved issues and operational risks to management.

Required profile

  • 1‑2 years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage operations or related financial services.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑department teams and external partners.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of CRM and back‑office platforms.
