Automotive Workshop Manager – Dubai

About the role

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Automotive Workshop Manager to lead daily operations of a busy workshop in Dubai. You will supervise technicians, coordinate repairs, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day workshop activities and oversee a team of mechanics and technicians.
• Plan, allocate and monitor vehicle repairs, servicing, and diagnostic jobs.
• Inspect vehicles, identify mechanical, electrical and diagnostic requirements, and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate spare‑parts, tools and equipment availability and maintain accurate workshop records.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, organization, safety standards and drive productivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar automotive management role.
• Diploma, associate or bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of automotive repair, servicing and maintenance.
• Excellent problem‑solving, planning and organizational abilities.
• Currently based in the UAE and able to attend an in‑person interview.
