Bar Waitress – Premium Jazz Bar

About the role

Join the Brassmith Jazz Bar at Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai as a Bar Waitress, delivering high‑standard service in a vibrant live‑music environment. You will welcome guests, ensure smooth floor operations and contribute to the bar’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, introduce the menu, promotions and live entertainment, and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, coordinate with bartenders and kitchen, and maintain clean service areas throughout the shift.
• Upsell beverages and food, recommend promotions, and support revenue growth while building guest loyalty.
• Handle POS transactions, billing, opening/closing procedures, and report any shortages or breakages.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality bar setting is preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, confident upselling, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
