About the role
Join the team at Le Royal Club, part of Le Méridien, to create memorable beverage experiences for guests. As a bartender you will not only craft drinks but also act as a host, ensuring a unique and enjoyable atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks while staying up‑to‑date with new trends and micro‑local offerings.
- Maintain a flawless bar operation, handling cash, inventory and guest information accurately.
- Provide exceptional guest service throughout the venue, anticipating needs and delivering personalized experiences.
- Collaborate with hotel staff and community partners to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant bartending experience.
- Passionate about guest service with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 lb.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
