Beach Attendant - Pool Services

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE set to open in 2027, is looking for a Beach Attendant to join its Pool Services team. The resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in Ras Al Khaimah and will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, a beach club, pools, a spa, a salon, restaurants, lounges and bars, a theater and a shopping promenade.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain beach loungers, umbrellas, towels and other amenities throughout the day.
• Greet guests warmly and help with seating arrangements and special requests.
• Keep the beach area clean, organized and safe, and report safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor.
• Provide towels, water and other amenities promptly and courteously.
• Support the lifeguards and pool services team in keeping the environment safe and enjoyable.
• Assist with beachside events, cabana services and VIP guest arrangements as needed.
• Maintain inventory of beach supplies and report replenishment needs.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in guest-facing areas and deliver Forbes Five-Star quality.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality, recreation or guest services preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in a physically active role.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
