About the role

This posting describes a bike rider who delivers services to designated locations within a set time frame. The rider must follow traffic laws, maintain their bike, serve customers professionally and keep accurate records of each delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Safely deliver services to the assigned locations within the set time frame, following all traffic laws and regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on the bike before each ride and report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional way and ensure services are accurate and complete.
• Collect payments, issue receipts and handle returns when needed.
• Plan efficient routes to save time and fuel, using navigation apps or devices for unfamiliar areas.
• Communicate with the dispatcher about delays, issues or accidents.
• Keep records of deliveries, including date, time and recipient details.
• Wear a helmet and other safety gear and follow safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Valid bike riding licence.
• Own visa.
• Good knowledge of local traffic rules and regulations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to carry out delivery duties.

Required skills

• Familiarity with GPS and navigation apps.
