About the role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Legal Assistant / Paralegal who is fluent in Arabic and English. The role supports a fast‑growing legal consultancy in Ajman Free Zone, handling a wide range of legal and administrative tasks across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level legal and administrative support to the legal team.
- Maintain daily legal system updates and generate weekly/monthly case status reports.
- Organise case files, confidential documentation and court hearing agendas.
- Draft simple legal memorandums, MOUs, contracts and correspondence.
- Prepare and submit filings for all court levels in the UAE.
- Handle immigration matters, blacklist cases and mercy requests.
- Coordinate rental system and RTA procedures.
- Open and process cases at police stations and relevant authorities.
- Research new laws, legal updates and circulate notifications to the team.
- Liaise with legal consultants and administration to ensure timely client updates.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience in the UAE.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of UAE legal procedures, court systems and documentation.
- Experience with court filings across multiple Emirates.
- Familiarity with immigration, police cases, rental systems and RTA platforms.
- Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with legal administrative systems and general computer applications.
