Brand Operations Manager

About the role

Le Café LPM is looking for a Brand Operations Manager to co‑lead the brand alongside the Brand Executive Chef. You will be the business guardian of the brand, overseeing operations, people and performance as the concept expands from Dubai to new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Represent and evolve the brand strategy in collaboration with the CEO, support office and culinary team.
• Lead all department heads, fostering a high‑performance culture and ensuring brand standards are upheld.
• Own the critical path for new openings, managing landlords, architects, interior designers and project managers.
• Manage the P&L, drive profitability, control costs and inventory across existing and future locations.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in brand management, concept development or multi‑site F&B operations.
• 3‑5 years in a senior leadership role with a proven track record of cross‑functional team leadership.
• Financial literacy, cultural fluency and willingness to travel internationally.

Required skills

• Experience managing new restaurant openings and overseeing architectural and interior design projects.
• Strong ability to maintain brand integrity across diverse markets.
