Business Analyst – Digital Assets

About the role

Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to support the implementation and integration of the Taurus digital asset platform within a regulated exchange in Dubai. You will act as the functional bridge between business, technology, operations, and the platform, translating complex requirements into practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Implementation Lead in end‑to‑end delivery of the Taurus platform, coordinating requirements, dependencies and delivery activities across client, vendor and implementation teams.
• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, mapping platform capabilities to client needs and identifying gaps.
• Define digital‑asset workflows covering trading, custody, wallet infrastructure, settlement and tokenised assets, including rules, controls and exception scenarios.
• Facilitate integration with existing client systems and market infrastructure, supporting testing, go‑live readiness and operational handover.
• Leverage approved AI tools and automation to support documentation and process analysis, ensuring human validation and compliance with governance and security controls.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services, capital markets or market infrastructure.
• Strong institutional‑grade digital‑asset/crypto background with knowledge of custody, trading, settlement and wallet infrastructure.
• Experience implementing or integrating digital‑asset or DLT platforms and understanding of blockchain transaction flows and tokenised assets.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills across business, technology, operations and external vendors.
