Business Analyst - Management Reporting

About the role

Al Futtaim Group is building a pool of talent for a Business Analyst position in Dubai. The role suits an analytical professional who turns complex data into clear, actionable insights, supporting business and management decisions through performance analysis, accurate reporting, improvement identification and data visualisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly and monthly management reports accurately and on time.
• Analyse business performance and turn data into insights and recommendations.
• Develop new reports and automate existing planning and reporting processes.
• Create dashboards and visualisations with tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx.
• Partner with stakeholders to find operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Generate business-specific reports and simulations, including sales incentive calculations, and share them clearly.
• Manage several reporting requirements with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience, with at least three years preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience in business analysis, management reporting, dashboard development or performance analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights that support business decisions.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Alteryx.
• Experience handling large volumes of data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
