Business Analyst – Mobile Banking (Dubai)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading banking client in Dubai. The role focuses on mobile and digital banking initiatives, driving the design and delivery of new features that enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document functional and business requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories).
- Map end‑to‑end digital customer journeys for mobile banking services.
- Define and support mobile banking features such as onboarding, payments, and SME services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, UX designers, and external vendors.
- Assist with implementation, delivery, UAT, and release of the new mobile banking application.
- Ensure all solutions comply with UAE banking regulations.
Required profile
- 7–10 years of Business Analyst experience in retail or SME banking.
- Strong exposure to mobile and digital banking platforms.
- Solid knowledge of payments, onboarding, account opening, CASA, and SME product services.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
